Good betting opportunities to pot
The World Snooker Championship is upon us and Whistlejacket has pinpointed some good betting opportunities at Sheffield over the next two weeks
Judd Trump is the favourite and likely winner but I think there are two players with almost as good a chance who can be backed each way. First up is Neil Robertson. He is drawn in the slightly easier half of the draw and can be backed at 11/2.
The other selection is Stephen Maguire who has thrived through lockdown winning the prestigious Champion of Champions event beating Trump on the way. Although he has Trump and Kyren Wilson to overcome, he is in the form of his life and can be backed at 28/1.
I also am having a go at the markets to win the four quarters.

1. Stephen Maguire 13/2
2. David Gilbert 4/1 – has Mark Allen and John Higgins to beat but is a proven Crucible performer
3. Stuart Bingham 7/2 – t
here must be doubts about Ronnie O’Sullivan’s mental toughness this year and he and Ding may both be undercooked, having missed key tournaments
4. Neil Robertson 6/5
