Gary Sears finds today’s racing a bit more interesting than was expected and has a few fancies
BELAMI DES PICTONS seemed to find the ground a bit fast at Ascot last time but after the rain at Exeter conditions should be ideal in the Veterans Chase and if didn’t think he was slightly better going left handed would be pretty confident.
MY OBERON looks like he is being prepared for the Winter Derby and a run in Southwell’s 4.20 may just be a prep but he is different class to these at his best and happy to take a chance.
Think SLIP OF THE TONGUE is very promising and although he will improve over further still like him in the listed hurdle at Punchestown.
Finally, STONES AND ROSES is likely to belt one at sometime during the long distance chase but if he can stay on his feet, this looks an ideal test for him.
Good luck all
