The JCB Triumph Hurdle is a Grade 1 race for horses aged four years old. It is run on the New Course with eight hurdles to jump, and is the main event in the National Hunt calendar for juveniles.
The race traditionally enjoys a huge roar when they set off, heralding the first event on Gold Cup day.
